Hello, I’m Hannah Ruddy and this is my real estate agent bio video. I’m a real estate agent for The Corcoran Connection. I focus on the Saint Cloud, FL area but also cover Kissimmee, FL as well.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Sound like HGTV? I didn't think so. But what really puts a smile on my face is knowing that I chose the right team. I'm the office manager for The Corcoran Connection. I've lived in the Central Florida area for 19 years.
I started my career in customer service in 2010. I learned a lot about being a customer service rep and always smiling and being there for people. And I really wanted to find a job where I could do just that. I began my real estate career in 2011 and I was an office manager and a personal assistant to the broker. It was time for more of a challenge, so I connected with Bill and Jeanine, and really hit it off after that. I got licensed in January of 2019, and here we are, still pushing.
Being an office manager is important, especially here. I work a lot with the agents, and I work a lot with our outsourced transaction coordinator, Misty, to make sure that all loose ends are tied, and our files are complete. It's really big for me to be a big part of the team because they really need someone who they can ask questions and get them quickly. And I really enjoyed being there for them and helping them through some of their challenging times.
I work full-time in the office from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and I'm available for my clients after work. A lot of people work from 9:00 to 5:00 just like me, and on weekends as well. I think that kind of opens a lot of time slots for normal working people.
Making sure that each client’s file is complete is job number one for me. I ensure that we have all the paperwork that we need, and that it's going to get to closing. I cover the Central Florida real estate market; however, I specialize in the following markets.
