In my opinion, a lot of people should consider a townhouse (or even a condo) over a single family home. There are a lot of benefits of townhouse living. The American dream of owning a home seems to push a lot of first time home buyers in the direction of buying a house, but once you understand the benefits of a townhouse, you may come to agree with me.
