RENOVATION DESIGN — BLDG Projects completed the architectural renovation design for this multi-family building in Bucktown #Chicago.
A lot of times we don't get the chance to take finished project photos because of immediate turn around times with construction and tenant move ins. Which was the case with this older #Bucktown Chicago #multifamily project.
It has a pretty unique 4-unit layout. There are four units in total: two duplexes, one in the front on the basement and first floor, one duplex covering the front of the second floor and the entire third floor. Additionally, there are simplex units on the rear of the first and second floors.
We love a black and white building, so whenever we get to incorporate black – it really excites us because it’s such a timeless way to reinvigorate these old Chicago buildings. The client did a great job modernizing the building's exterior with high-quality windows and doors. This property sits on a larger lot, providing tenants with a spacious outdoor area on the right side.
